Mr. Kidwell arrived on time and was very friendly. My son-in-law and I stayed for the inspection and Mr. Kidwell was very good at communicating things to us. He is pretty thorough with the inspection and pointed out a lot of little things we would have never noticed. I appreciated his honesty and friendliness.

I appreciate this work and how quickly he was able to fit me in the schedule. will hire again for any other inspections needed.
John does a great job inspecting houses. I have used him twice this year. The first house I had him inspect, I decided not to purchase when major foundation problems were revealed. I chose him again when I put an offer in on a second house. His price is more than reasonable, and he gives a thorough report with many, many pictures. I highly recommend!
